SHIPPING

SHIPPING TERMS

  • We offer free shipping within New Zealand on orders over $70.00NZD.
  • All orders placed before 1pm Mon-Fri will leave same day from our warehouse.
  • Outside of business hours, during public holidays and weekends we will be unable to ship your order.
  • We are unable to deliver to PO BOXES. Please use physical address details. This includes a company name if you are getting it sent to a work address.
  • All orders paid by bank deposit will be processed and shipped the day funds clear in our bank accounts. This usually takes up to two working days.
  • For bulk orders, please contact us to enquire about the shipping rates.

We use Courier Post for the majority of our shipping within New Zealand.

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

No matter where you are in the world, we are able to ship directly to you. Please enquire with us to find out the delivery fees to your country. Note that Hungry Apple is not responsible for any customs taxes or duty in your country.


RETURNS AND REFUNDS

HUNGRY APPLE RETURNS POLICY

7 Day Rule

You may return any unopened item* that is still in its original packaging to Hungry Apple within SEVEN days of receipt of your order (as recorded by the courier) for an exchange for another product or, under special circumstances, a full refund. We can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from Hungry Apple. 

Please note: Refunds will not be processed without the return code. Please ensure goods for exchange arrive in "as new" condition, items that cannot be resold will not be exchanged.

CONSUMERS GUARANTEE/REFUND

We will meet all our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act. Items that are returned more than SEVEN days after delivery and/or are unable to be resold as new cannot be exchanged or refunded. We cannot accept items for exchange that are returned after SEVEN days. Please note that we are not obligated to refund items unless they are defective or damaged.

REFUND OF SHIPPING COSTS

Please note we will only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. A full refund will be given in this instance. If you are returning because item is no longer required, or ordered in error, the shipping fee is non refundable and you may be asked to pay the re-shipping fee
